Our company annual casting and manufacturing capacity is 100000 tons.The maximum weight of a single item can reach 5 tons. It has about 2600 sets of production equipments such as IF induction electric furnace. Complete set of casting equipment, heating treatment electric furnace, suspension chain shot blasting machine, large press and machine center. The company has adopted new automatic molding line and core making equipments, adopting the new modified water glass self-hardenning sand, EPC modeling process, realizing automatic batching, automatic sand mixing, infrared remote control and sand processing cycle regeneration of repeated use.

        In the aspect of hardware, our company introduces a set of advanced testing equipment, deploying German Spike FSQ direct reading spectrometer, USA STINGER series of flexible measurement system, the German Leica metallographic microstructure analysis system, Carbon sulfur analyzer. In the aspect software, our company introduces CAST soft, Computer simulation of casting, Modeling Technology, implementing a comprehnsive quality control management, establishing of a complete quality assurance system and strict management system.

       The company's leading products are three series, more than 500 kinds of different specifications, including ordinary steel castings, heat-resistant, wear-resistant Castings of metallic materials and Ductile iron castings,  Our products are widely used in electrcity, metallurgy, chemicals, iron and steel, enginnering machinery, heavy machinery, vehicles, energy and mining.
